slytherinsiconsOkay, those of you who have known me for years know that every time I say I'm not getting into a new fandom, I do. Yeah, it's happened again... Haven't written any yet, but have definitely spent time looking at LJ comms and googling for fic archives, and doing photoshop art. No icons yet, but wallpapers.
I liked the composition of this piece and the way the blend worked, and then I kind of started playing with filters and gradients and brushes, and ended up liking all three versions, so I saved all three of them.
Gradient Map with Star-chart brush made by ?
Fairly plain version with some light brushwork
Lots of gradients in various blend modes
Sorry -- hotlinkers caused my host to lose 2 GIG bandwidth this month, so I'm taking larger files off the site. If you want this wallpaper, please e-mail me.
All three of them are 800 x 600 -- it actually looks fine on a larger screen size, but if you need a different resolution, let me know.
And *sigh* -- expect icons sometime soon.
